Auction Type: Conditional with Fixed Fee
On the fall of the hammer the highest bidder will enter into a reservation agreement with the seller and will have 40 business days within which to exchange and complete. A 10% deposit will be taken from the highest bidder. This deposit will contribute towards the purchase price.
